We celebrated Easter on Saturday by going to the sugar shack and having a nice Easter dinner with the family!
I wanted to share with you one of my favorite Easter treats as a special thank you for your ongoing support!!!
HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES
Ingredients:
· 1 Cup Organic or Natural Peanut Butter
· 1/3 Cup Honey
· ½ Cup Coconut Oil
· 2 Cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
· 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
· 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
· ¼ Tsp Sea salt
Preparation:
· Melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a saucepan
· Add the rest of the ingredients and stir till well combined
· Pour into a square dish and refrigerate or put in the freezer till the chocolate peanut square hardens (Approx 30 minutes in freezer or 2 hours in the fridge.
This is definitely a staple in our home and I have a feeling it will be your go-to healthy treat as well
