Crowding out with healthier options for a sustainable healthy lifestyle!

The past couple of weeks I’ve started posting videos on how to crowd out with healthier options. Honestly, it’s the only way to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle. The idea is to substitute with healthier alternatives without feeling deprived.
The reason I’ve been able to sustain a healthy lifestyle all these years is because I learned how to crowd out with healthier options without ever feeling deprived. Aside from eating a plant-based diet for 3 years, I was never one to believe in diets. Diets equal discipline and discipline never lasts. If anything, eating a plant-based diet thought me exactly how to crowd out with healthier alternatives. By simply adding more colorful live foods in my diet and move away from the brown dead foods that don’t necessarily serve our health and wellbeing.
I kid you not you guys, simply crowding out with healthier options literally changed the quality of my life! I was even able to wean off my antidepressants after being on them for 6 years. Being consistent with crowding out with healthier options was such a game-changer for me that it inspired me to share my own journey with all of you. I knew that if I could inspire you and instruct you on how to crowd out with healthier options, it would help motivate you to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle where you would thrive and not just survive this precious life!
Honestly, if I can do my part in helping others reduce their own anxieties, by sharing my own experience, knowledge, and wisdom then let that be my life’s work! Nothing makes me feel so happy and fulfilled when I’m able to help others on their own journey towards health and wellness.
If it wouldn’t be for my own mentors showing me how powerful nutrition plays a huge role in our health and wellbeing, then I wouldn’t have known how to heal myself naturally and I would have never developed this passion for helping others on their own journey towards health and wellness! I’m so blessed to experience this beautiful butterfly effect because now I’m able to give you the tips and tools to help facilitate your own journey!
