What a beautiful sunny start to our week! I hope you had a great weekend!!!
I have some exciting news to share with all of you!!!!! Last week I had my first podcast interview!!!! It was so fun to share my journey towards wellness and how it’s sustaining my massage therapy career!
The best part of my health journey is paying it forward by sharing my own knowledge and experience around improving mental health! That’s what led me in the field of health coaching! I feel so fortunate to be able to guide others on their own health journey!
I’m also very grateful I was given the opportunity to talk about my Gut Health Program and the amazing results my clients and I benefited from!
So without further ado, I now present to you my interview with the radical massage therapist Krista
Nancy Pitre, a massage therapist with 19 years of experience and a health coach for 7 years, has found immense value in the field of nutrition, believing it to have sustained her massage therapy career, focusing on the holistic connection of mind, body, and spirit.
Over the years, Nancy has expanded her expertise, becoming certified as a Holistic Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, and now a Certified Gut Thrive Practitioner, making her one of only 100 such practitioners worldwide. This certification enables her to optimize her clients' gut health and alleviate various symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, bloating, skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, acne), mental conditions (brain fog, insomnia, anxiety/depression), autoimmune disorders (fibromyalgia, Crohn’s, arthritis), food sensitivities, and stubborn weight loss.
Her results have been remarkable, with clients experiencing significant improvements. For instance, one client lost 37 lbs and noticed significant enhancements in mood and anxiety levels.
Having undergone the 12-week gut health program herself, Nancy successfully eliminated eczema, increased energy levels, and reduced anxiety.
The 12-week gut health program consists of 5 steps, which she is eager to elaborate on in her podcast.
For those interested, Nancy offers a free 15-minute virtual consultation to discuss the program further and address any questions or concerns, including whether the program is suitable for them or to provide more information about their specific situation before committing.
