The #1 drink to reduce stress/anxiety

Happy Monday everyone! I hope your week is off to a relaxing start!!! 

If not, let me help you with that. If you find yourself having a hard time dealing with life’s stressors, perhaps your nervous system can use a bit of tune up with one of my favorite calming drinks! 

This medicinal broth provides a perfect amino acid blend that feeds the brain and boosts your feel-good neurotransmitters including GABA, GLYCINE, & SEROTONIN. A beautiful combination that makes you feel calm and happy!

Recipe

8 oz of chicken or beef broth

1 Tbsp of collagen

1 Tsp coconut oil

1 pink of pink salt 

Preparation

Combine all in a pot and heat until the collagen is dissolved and coconut oil is melted.

You can consume daily during a stressful period to help regulate your nervous system.
