The 12-Week Gut Health Program is for when you feel ready to go deeper and gently explore what’s underneath ongoing symptoms like bloating, food sensitivities, skin issues, autoimmune patterns, anxiety, or low mood.

I guide you through a simple, 5-step strategy to support:

  • calming systemic inflammation

  • addressing unwanted pathogens

  • reseeding with beneficial bacteria

  • improving digestion and nutrient absorption

  • creating a sustainable, flexible rhythm moving forward
