The “Small Wins Jar”: A Gentle Way to Celebrate Your Growth This Year

Happy New Year!!!

As we step into a new year, many of us feel the urge to set goals, make plans, and map out who we want to become. But what if instead of focusing on goals this year, we reverse engineer it and focus on our positive wins?

Rather than measuring success by where we want to be, we begin to notice the small, consistent actions that are already moving us forward and deserve to be celebrated.

That’s what makes this such a powerful practice.

I invite you, once a week, to take a moment and ask yourself:

“What’s one positive win from this week?”

Write it down on a sticky note and place it in a jar. By the end of the year, you’ll have a visible record of your growth, your effort, and how far you’ve come, not to mention all of the beautiful moments that made up your year.

Because what we focus on expands. When you take time to notice and write something positive, you gently train your mind to see what’s working and what’s good, instead of only noticing what’s wrong or what’s missing. It’s a simple and powerful way to measure your progress and support your overall sense of wellbeing.

If this resonates, I’d love for you to join me in this practice.
Grab a jar, grab some sticky notes, and start this week.

Comment “I’m in” below so we can do this together and celebrate the year as it unfolds
