Your journey begins with a 60-minute Wellness Assessment to uncover exactly what your body needs. Then, over 8 weekly coaching sessions (45–60 minutes each), we’ll create a personalized plan to restore balance, rebuild energy, and strengthen emotional resilience from the inside out.
