Find your circle !
Hi everybody,
My name is Nancy Pitre and I’m your Certified Holistic Health Coach. How are you on this beautiful Friday?! Today I’m inspired to write a blog post about finding your circle! What do I mean by that? Well, 2 things come to mind. The first thing is to find your social circle where you feel safe to fully express your real authentic self. The good, the bad and the ugly. It’s so important to find a group of people who get you, all of you so you can continue living your truth. So many people tend to live in conformity and wear different types of masks just to fit in. Which brings me to my second point. The journey home! The journey to your open heart. When we first came into this world, we were wide open! A free spirit if you will. Then, as you grow older, you start to adopt certain personality traits just to fit in to your environment.
We start to wear different masks to make sure we feel love and accepted by the people around us. Especially if it’s a circle that doesn’t resonate with your true values. Overtime, we start to feel unhappy and a sense of restlessness because you keep taming your free spirit just to appease to others.
Doing the work in this area can be quite difficult, especially if you have to disconnect from certain people whom you had to put a mask for. The path to finding your centre in the midst of your circle takes an extraordinary amount of strength and will as you’ll experience all types of different emotions. Such as grief, loss and uncertainty but I promise you, if you stick with is, you will find your centre and that’s where all the juice is! You will feel total exuberance and free because you’ll be able to live your real authentic self. The more you follow your bliss, despite what people think or say about you, the more you will be happy and fulfilled. In time, you will find your circle that will love and support your truest self!
I hope this blog post serves you well! If you feel like anybody would benefit from this message, please feel free to share it
Until next time you guys, remember, keep progressing on your own journey towards health and wellnesss!!
Cheers
