How to be resilient during challenging times!
Hi everybody!
How are you on this beautiful Friday morning? My name is Nancy Pitre and I am a certified holistic health coach. How are you embracing this difficult season? We’re heading into our 10th week of quarantine.
I know for some of you, it probably feels like 10 months! Which is why I want to write a blog post about resilience as a reminder that you’ve got this! We’ve all been through some pretty tough seasons haven’t we? We’ve also learned how to come out of it, one way or another, haven’t we? But the question is, what kind of person will we become when we come out of this? Are you going to let situations like this take control or will you take control of this situation? The only way to do that is by taking charge of your physical and mental health? Imagine how much mental strength you can develop by working on your personal growth/self development during these uncertain times? It doesn’t have to be expensive, all it requires is a little bit of time, which we now have. For some of us, it’s just a lack of resources and direction, which is why I’m here to help direct you with the proper resources needed to do the work !!!!
For example: https://thehollisco.com/pages/next90 here’s a free 90 day coaching program through the Hollis Company I like to follow. It definitely keeps me on track when it comes to pushing through the mental barriers. This allows me to stay focused even when adversity strikes!
The #next90daychallenge has definitely helped me get back up whenever these uncertain times got the best of me!! Here’s the thing, we all need to find someone or something that will help us get back up. Who’s that person for you? Find that person that has mastered resilience and has the strength to encourage you to keep going. I know I’ve talked about this before but it’s a topic worth mentioning again to help you through this.
I love this quote from Les Brown “Do what is easy and your life will be hard. Do what is hard and your life will become easy”. So true, isn't it? I mean, how tempting is it to sleep in everyday, eat sugar all day long, lash out towards my husband, and have a few glasses of wine every night? Especially on the tough days right? Which is why doing the work in those areas allows me to live a much easier life. Trust me, getting up most mornings for my hour of power and reducing my sugar intake is not something that comes easy to me, but I know it’s required! Specifically, if I want to live an easier and healthier life! I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for my own mentors that showed me the way to an easier life. Hop on that #next90dayschallenge wagon and do the work that’s required to live a life you truly desire and deserve!
Hope this serves you well my friends!!
If you fee like anybody would benefit from this message feel free to share this blog post and I look forward to hearing your feedback as well.
Until next time my friends, Keep progressing on your own journey towards health and wellness!
Cheers
